Vision (LASIK) Coordinator

sales we are looking for you. We are NuVision Laser Center,
one of the areas fastest growing LASIK practices seeking an
individual to head our laser vision sales team.
As a laser vision coordinator with our Sales & Marketing
division, you will contribute to the company's growth via
telesales and face-to-face sales of our laser vision
correction (LASIK) surgery. Your goal will be to assist in
growing the procedural volume of our center. As a primary
sales representative of our company you will be expected to
maintain performance quotas.
To be successful you will need:
- A commitment to surpass company sales goals
- A passion for selling into new the LVC marketplace
- To create trust using telemarketing sales techniques,
- Quickly master and then execute the sales dialogues and
strategies used by our company,
- Demonstrated ability to qualify, focus and prioritize time
and efforts
- Maintain a positive sales attitude, troubleshoot any
problems, and then initiate effective solutions without direct
supervision,
- Maintain an industry and product knowledge base and then
pass that knowledge on to our potential patients to ensure
they fully understand the value of our services.
Compensation for this position will include a monthly
base of $1000 plus an aggressive bonus plan (annual
compensation expected to range between $30-75,000), and paid
benefits.
