I met Dr. Davidorf for the first time this year. My attorney sent me to see him for an evaluation of my eyes, said he may end up being our expert witness. I flew to California to see him and I was in his office for about two hours when he informed me that he could not find anything wrong with my eyes and that he would not be a good witness in my law suit. After my lawsuit settled my attorney deducted Dr. Davidoff’s fee out of my settlement, Dr. Davidorf charged me a total of $4,400.00 for the 2-hour visit. Now that I know that he is pro Lasik surgery for children I believe he never intended to be an expert witness for me in the first place. Beware of using him, If he can he will take you to the cleaners!
