Belinda Bickelman filed a lawsuit against Dr. Kerry Assil for sending mass unsolicited advertisements via fax broadcast. The Attorney General of California eventually weighed into the case to sue Dr. Kerry Assil and many other defendants for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
