Can you eliminate surgical risk by having your surgeon use an Innovatome microkeratome to cut a LASIK flap instead of using a Hansatome microkeratome?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.  Here is one case where a patient was injured due to a malfunctioning Innovatome microkeratome.
